"There Is a Time" is a song written and performed by the Dillards, first released in 1963. People heard it on the Andy Griffith Show. Since then, it's become a bluegrass classic, and we released a cover, sung by Flann O'Brien, on our April 2023 release, "Gently Used." We gave the WAV file from that track to INSMNC, a producer based in South Jersey, and he carved it up and layered in beats and produced these beautiful remixes, which make us think of some kind of alternative Appalachia where aliens landed in 1913 and found kindred spirits.
